Procedure Of Recruitment

  1. Demand letter, with detail requirement (category and number of worker needed, salary and benefits offered, and it’s better with job description as well) received by PT. Bidar Timur. This document can be sent by email to or or fax +62218014020
  2. PT. Bidar Timur announces the requirement and do the CV  pre-screening prior to sending to The Client/Employer.
  3. The Client/Employer will shortlist the candidates for test and interview.
  4. Selection by The Client/Employer. If the recruitment can be done by interview only, we are able to arrange teleconference interview.
  5. Medical check up : we start processing by taking the worker to lab clinic (We can also arrange prior to interview and test). The result can be updated next day.
  6. Submitting all the document (service agreement, demand letter, employment contract) to Indonesian Labour Department/Ministry for attestation.
  7. Passport processing. It can be done only after a recommendation letter issued by Labour Department/Ministry. FYI, most Indonesian do not have passport. Only few kind of worker (usually high skilled one) posessing this document.

  9. Paying some insurance, fiscal for the worker.
  10. Pre-travel orientation by BNP2TKI (National Board of Protection and Placement of Indonesia Overseas Worker)
  11. The selected candidates are ready to depart to placement country.
